SHE IS LEANING AGAINST THE WALL. SHE DOES NOT STAND ON HER OWN. I think her hair is dry, particularly on the sides. I am sure that there is a way to wash it. It looks like she has all of the plugs. I have shortened and lengthened her hair three times. You will need to comb out and style her hair, too.<br>Her lashes look good.  There are dirt smudges on her face. Could be cleaned I believe. There is a small red mark on her cheek that may or may not come out.  Pink lipstick.<br>No cracks on her torso. She does have smudges. Belly button is poked in, and I don't remember how that should look. I can push it in, a little. I am leaving it alone. Her knob turns.<br>Rubber arms have some smudges, and her fingertips need a cleaning.<br>Her legs are tight. I have not tried to seat her because she is stiff.  I would be afraid that she would crack if I moved her legs. I think you are buying a doll that stands. You will clean the legs, as well. One tiny hole in toe.<br>Dress is tagged Crissy. Bow looks faded. Sheer undies. No holes or tears.  I cleaned her pink shoes.<br>This doll is a used toy. I think her owner played with her, but didn't play rough.  Nice doll, in my opinion. No odors.<br>
